All-female volunteer firefighter crew debuts in Cypress

CYPRESS, Texas - On duty Monday evening in Cypress was a fire crew completely staffed by women. It's the first all-female crew in the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department's recent history. The five-woman crew began its shift for Station 7 around 6 p.m. Monday. Four of the five are experienced firefighters within the department.
